High-End Protocol and Logic Analyzer 68/136 Channels
LA4000 Serie is a USB 3.0 PC-based protocol analyzer and logic analyzer combined in one device. The log analyzer mode offers real-time display. LA4000 is primarily aimed at the multi-pin IC design market such as FPGA, LCD drivers, etc. The combination of 4 GHz sampling rate, 400 MHz status analysis and the large analysis memory of 32 Gb offers development engineers a professional tool for debugging FPGAs and other semiconductors.
